This Service is provided specially for patients with the following criteria :

    *  Patients with specific disease states eg asthma, diabetes and hypertension.

    *  Patients receiving specific drug classes eg drugs with narrow therapeutic index such as digoxin, 
        theophylline.

    *  Patients receiving drugs with special administrative requirements eg inhalers, pessaries, suppositories.

    *  Patients with poor medication compliance.

Counseling sessions are handled specifically by the pharmacists. The Patients' welfare, compliance and proper use of medication becomes the main goal of counseling. Follow-up evaluation may be given to a patient based on his or her level of understanding achieved.
